The Old Vinyl Factory, Hayes, Middlesex

The Old Vinyl Factory is a mix of Art Deco office buildings, new homes, innovation and educational hubs, restaurants, shops, a gym, a cinema and a live music centre. The client required a full Construction Management service and contracted Hasbridge to work on three separate contracts.

This £280k maintenance scheme required a selection of works to be undertaken within a live school environment. These included, retaining wall reinstatement to one elevation, including ground anchor supports, to stabilise the existing/remaining section of wall.Replacement of 20 main building windows, including internal ‘making good’. Cleaning and relining of main building gutters, including the install of a man safe system.
Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton

As part of major refurbishment works to Churchill Square Shopping Centre on Western Road, Brighton, the client required the demolition of the existing concrete roof and installation of a new raised roof to allow extra height for the new double height glass façade shopfronts for Topshop Topman’s new flagship store, as well as BHS, Burtons, Dorothy Perkins and Calzedonia.

Gravesend Apartments, Kent

The existing 4-storey Georgian building in Gravesend straddles two streets. Currently used as offices (Harmer Street building) and a snooker/pool room venue (West Crescent Road building), Hasbridge secured the redevelopment of these properties on a design and build basis to convert them into 38 apartments.

New office to celebrate the company’s most successful year to date

To celebrate the company's most successful year to date Hasbridge Construction has relocated one of its offices to a new, larger, more high tech space. The office, located at the Boleyn Office Suite at the prestigious Hever Castle Golf Club is over six times larger than the previous space the team occupied.

Royal National Institute for the Blind

The former college site owned by the RNIB was no longer fit for purpose. Planning consent was obtained by Countryside Properties PLC on the 16 acre Green Belt site to create a large scale residential plot, which would fund the development of facilities for the RNIB. Our contract comprises the refurbishment and restoration of two buildings to the frontage of the site and the construction of a new build multi-purpose venue.
81 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3

81 Gracechurch Street is a self-contained office building situated midway between Leadenhall Street and Fenchurch Street that backs onto Leadenhall market. The project required the full refurbishment of the 3rd floor within the office block, including office units and a reception area. This job was won by competitive tender.
